NY Design provides a highly customised and transparent service to every client. We are committed to providing our clients with high quality design outcomes within expected timeframes and budgets.
We follow a proven Design Process, which includes clear stages and deliverables, to ensure that the design outcomes are executed with clarity, consistency and transparency.
Stage 1 Initial Consultation (fixed fee $380 + GST)
Stage 2 Briefing, Concept & Schematic
Stage 3 Design Development
Stage 4 Documentation
Stage 5 Estimations & Procurement
Stage 6 Design Management
Stage 7 Hand-Over
We provide a fixed fee for Stages 2 - 4 and then charge an hourly rate of $150 + GST per hour for Stages 5 - 7.
