  • Initial Consultation

    In this stage, we delve into the scope of your project & your design aspirations. We appreciate that the building process may be new to you and we spend the time to understand your concerns and answer your questions. Following this meeting, we will deliver a customised fee proposal & contract.

  • Briefing, Concept & Schematic

    Following a holistic deep dive into understanding you and your family’s lifestyle, ideas start to take form. We prepare your design concept, which includes basic 3D visualisations, proposed materials and cost estimates on the project.

  • Design Development

    Your project is taking shape as you envision the space with our detailed 3D visualisations, final selection of fittings & fixtures and provision of finishes samples.

  • Documentation

    The final phase before tender and construction. Detailed drawings and schedules are prepared for builders & contractors.

  • Design Management

    During the construction phase, we provide ongoing support such as on-site advice and quality control with regular site meetings.
